Orthodontic Technician

As one of our orthodontic technicians, I assist our doctors in the care of patients during their treatment. I love getting to know my patients on a personal level and seeing them each time they come in for a visit.  My favorite part of my job is seeing the beautiful smiles we put on our patients faces when they are finished with treatment. Our doctors are truly the best orthodontists and I would trust them with anything. They are also fun to be around and very caring towards their staff. My husband and I have been married for 18 years and we have five children. We also have three dogs, a cat, and a deer named Honey who thinks she’s a dog. I love playing tennis, traveling to the beach, and being a part of my children’s activities.

Orthodontic Technician

I have been an orthodontic technician with Dr. Chapman since 1989 and I can be found assisting in the clinical area. I enjoy working in this office, especially with our amazing team and family of patients. I like hearing all about our patients lives outside the office and feel like I’m catching up with friends when they come in for appointments. I have two beautiful daughters and a son, as well as two black labs and a cat. During my free time I enjoy interior decorating and spending time outdoors.

I have been an orthodontic technician, assisting our doctors with patient care since 1983. Over the years, my patients have become like family to me. I enjoy working with such a wonderful team of dedicated professionals and we all share in wanting to give our patients beautiful smiles. Our office is very family-oriented and we hope all our patients feel at home when they’re here. My husband and I have four dogs and a horse named Summer. I enjoy fishing, gardening, and horseback riding in my spare time.

Orthodontic Technician

I am an orthodontic technician, so I am responsible for placing braces, wires, and retainers, as well as taking impressions and X-rays. I love to joke around with and laugh with our patients to put them at ease if they’re nervous about getting braces. I truly enjoy interacting with them and their families and making their orthodontic experience the very best it can be. Our staff really works together as a team working to give all our patients beautiful smiles. I am married with one young daughter and two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy water skiing and wake boarding, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

Orthodontic Technician

It has been a pleasure working with our doctors as an orthodontic technician since 1983. Working here for so long has given me many opportunities to get to know so many wonderful patients and their families. It is always a joy to see the changes in self-esteem and confidence our patients go through throughout their treatment. My husband and I have two teenage children. In my free time I enjoy cooking, gardening, and traveling. I also have a head full of useless knowledge which makes me a great trivial pursuit player!

Receptionist

I work at the front desk as a receptionist and I can be found scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and checking patients in and out. I always have a cheerful smile on my face and am available to answer any questions our patients may have. My favorite part of working in orthodontics is seeing beautiful smiles emerge from behind braces. I am married with two daughters, one son, two granddaughters, two dogs, two cats, and 13 fish. I spend my free time arranging flowers, water skiing, and hanging out with my family.

Business Administrator

I have been a business administrator for our doctors for more than 10 years. I assist our patients, parents, and doctors with any financial issues they may have. It is my goal to provide top-quality customer service and be as helpful as possible to make our patients’ treatment a success. Our wonderful doctors and staff have created a fun, loving, and caring atmosphere where our patients can feel at home. I’ve been married for 25 years with one daughter and three dogs. I enjoy scrap-booking, attending church, volunteering in the nursery, and going to the beach with my family.

Susan McBrayer

New Patient Coordinator

As our new patient coordinator, I work with each new patient to feel at ease in our office and become a part of our orthodontic family. I love to make my patients feel like they are the most important people in our practice. Our doctors provide such a high quality of care and it’s amazing to see how our contributions help give them a beautiful smile. I have been happily married for 37 years. My husband and I have three children, two grandchildren, and a dog named Maggie. In my free time I enjoy spending time at the lake with my family and attending church.

Marketing

I am Dr. Chapman’s public relations coordinator and I am responsible for our office marketing, referrals, planning fun parties, and coming up with contests for our patients to participate in. Getting to know the families of our patients and building lasting relationships with them is the best part of working here. I love working for Dr. Chapman and Dr. Will because they are men of integrity, are very professional, and love what they do! I’ve been married to my husband for 26 years. We have two daughters in college, two dogs, and a horse. When I have free time I enjoy running, quail hunting, horseback riding, fishing, and Friday night football games at Trinity!

Glenda Gaines

Orthodontic Technician

I have worked for this office since 1981 as an orthodontic technician. I try to keep communication open and answer all our patients’ questions and concerns about their treatment. I especially enjoy meeting our new patients and showing them how much fun having braces can actually be. Seeing their straight, beautiful smiles after their treatment is complete is always great, too! When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, working in the yard, cooking, and watching movies.

Cheryl Goodson

Secretary/Receptionist

I have worked for Dr. Chapman since 2004. As our office secretary, I coordinate appointments, answer the phones, and process charts. I enjoy getting to know our patients and families by name and I think that really sets our office apart from the rest. Our patients can always see friendly smiles and hear laughter whenever they come in for a visit. I’ve been married for 22 years and we have two children and two dogs. When I have free time I enjoy watching baseball, football and volleyball, and I love spending time with my family. I am also an active member of First Baptist Church of Prattville.

I have enjoyed working as an orthodontic technician since 1996. Getting to know so many people in my community has been my favorite part of my job. I always treat our patients with the same level of care that I would give my own family. Our doctors are men of integrity and provide the best care for each of our patients. In our office, we love to have fun and laugh with each other! I am married with three children and one lovely grandchild. I enjoy reading, going to the beach, working in my church, and spending time with my family and friends.

Orthodontic Assistant

I assist our doctors during all treatment procedures and make sure our patients are as comfortable as possible. I like to try to make them laugh and have fun during their visits with us. As a team, we love seeing and getting to know our patients.We encourage excellent brushing with a monthly contest for a cash prize and have a fun guessing game with cool prizes, too! My husband and I have three children and a dog. I spend most of my free time watching my kids play sports and traveling to visit my family.
