Lewis P. Chapman, DMD
Dr. Chapman has been serving the people of montgomery for over 35 years. He has been blessed to know generations of local families. He loves the connections he has with his patients as he works with them to create a lifetime of healthy smiles!
Dr. Chapman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Birmingham Southern College as well as an MBA from University of Alabama Business School. Dr. Chapman then went on to the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors. His specialty training in orthodontics was completed at the University of Pennsylvania.
Throughout his career, Dr. Chapman has always strived to provide the most efficient and modern services available. In order to stay abreast of the most current orthodontic advancements, he frequently attends continuing orthodontic education courses and seminars.
Dr. Chapman’s patients are different from most people. They actually look forward to their orthodontic visits! Dr. Chapman, his son and their staff always provide an atmosphere of warmth and caring, and laughter can always be heard! It is their goal to make you and your family feel appreciated at every visit.
Dr. Chapman was raised in Eutaw, Alabama, and has lived in Montgomery since 1973. He and his wife, Merri, have three sons, Peyton, Will and Bain, who are married with children of their own. Dr. Will Chapman is a partner with this practice, and Dr. Chapman is always grateful to work alongside his son each day.
Dr. Chapman is an elder in his church and is very active in the Sunday School program. He also enjoys exercising, hunting and watching football. Most of all, though, Dr. Chapman loves to spend time with family and friends.
