Invisalign
Invisalign consists of a series of clear, removable, custom made Aligners. The teeth move gradually as the aligners are changed. After the last aligner is used, a retainer will be used to hold the teeth in their correct position.
- Usually takes approximately 4-5 weeks to receive aligners after detailed impression is taken.
- After receiving the aligners, appointments are usually 10-12 weeks apart.
- Total treatment time can run between 6-18 months.
Instructions
- The aligners are to be worn full time.
- Remove only to eat, drink, brush and floss.
- Aligners are to be changed every 2 weeks.
- If the next set of aligners does not fit, stay in the last set for one more week.
(If still not fitting, call our office.)
*** If aligners are lost there will be a charge for new ones to be made. ***
